Last updated: 2026-07-26. Weezinc Stream is an invite-only beta operated by one person. This policy reflects the product as it exists today and will evolve as the product does.
Using Weezinc Stream means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
A passthrough multistreaming relay: video sent from your encoder (e.g. OBS) is relayed, unmodified, to the destinations you configure. Weezinc Stream does not produce, edit, or moderate your stream content.
The service is currently invite-only and under active development. Features, pricing, and these Terms may change; material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and stream keys secure, and for all activity under your account.
You may not use the service to broadcast content that is illegal in Germany or in the jurisdictions of the platforms you stream to, or to abuse, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the relay infrastructure.
Tiers, traffic/storage quotas, and overage billing work as described on Pricing. Overage is tracked as a running balance and invoiced manually; no automatic recurring card billing exists at this time.
Provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee (SLA) during the beta period.
You retain all rights to your stream content. Weezinc Stream claims no ownership over anything you broadcast or record through it.
Connecting a destination such as Twitch or YouTube is optional and entirely your choice. When you connect one, you remain bound by that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for following them — Weezinc Stream relays and manages your content on your instruction, it does not stand between you and the platform.
Weezinc Stream uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube destination you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. What we access and store from YouTube, how long we keep it, and how to revoke our access are described in our Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.
Either party may end the account relationship at any time. On termination, recordings and account data are deleted per the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weezinc Stream's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
